Nippon Steel suing Toyota for patent infringement
Nippon Steel has accused its customer, Toyota, of manufacturing cars using specialised steel supplied by Baoshan Iron and Steel Co Ltd of China. Nippon Steel claims that the steel in question breaches its patents.
