We clean the Mount Isa office daily. They asked for 30 days terms. The first payment was 3 weeks late, for the 3 late invoices. Same thing happened next time. 3 Invoices paid; 3 weeks late. We are now 6 invoices late, with no payment in sight.
Attempts to resolve dispute:
I have phoned the lady looking after everything, and have been promised she would do her best; but she hasn't answered her phone or responded to my messages or got back to me for the last two weeks. I have phoned accounts department looking for a higher up person to speak to, but have got nowhere with that line of enquiry. 'She will pass on the message, and they'll get back to me'.
