My young brother installed doors as per contract on an apartment building in Coffs Harbour. Terms were clear and agreed to. Final invoice has gone unpaid and the Director of Top Notch has been deliberately dodging payment.
My brother is a sole trader and I allowed him to use my business name and insurances to take this job on. The last pay was his entire profit after a year's work. He completed the job by himself while being on the bottom of a subcontractors Pyramid and the Principal Contractor is very happy with his work and agrees that he handled himself professionally at all times throughout the build.

Attempts to resolve dispute:
We have tried many times to contact and provide any documents as requested. We also tried a mediator for fears of emotion getting in the way of a possible solution. Director of Top Notch is clearly attempting to dodge payment.
