Dispute details:

Unpaid invoice for design work

Owner reached out looking for a t shirt design for their business. Design was completed on time and to the owners satisfaction. Initial due date on invoice was ignored and despite multiple attempts at recovery, including sending a letter of demand, the invoice and my time remains unpaid. It is now approaching 5 months overdue.

Attempts to resolve dispute:

Reminder emails, updated invoices and letter of demand

Response to accusation (by accused):

This was unpaid on a matter of things. 1 Lucas never communicated everything 2 slaps me with $350 invoice with no proper details 3 harassment of trying to pay for work which didn’t live up to expectations 4 then replying with we won’t use your design as it’s not us no response Into further the matter when Lucas sent plenty of invoices he didn’t even have his abn on anything and looking into when asked where it was he only updated after I asked I’m happy to come to an agreement with him as we won’t use the design and pay him for his time but not the full amount as his commutation and un profession isn’t worth it
