As detailed below all overdue invoices commenced prior to the engagement of the Construction Manager at Qhome Australia Pty Ltd on 01/09/22. All work was requested by the Director of AZ Consulting, not the Construction Manager.

Invoice#01 - Design Management Services 25/07/22 - 26/08/22 - To coordinate changes to PMT relocation & complete energy Q and UU connection applications - $3,960.00ex gst

Invoice#02 - Design Management Services 30/08/22 - 09/09/22 - Coordinate, update and follow up on all outstanding project documentation including RFI's for handover to Qhomes Australia’s Construction Manager - $2,420.00ex gst

We are still receiving numerous calls from Consultants engaged by Qhome Australia and AZ Consulting for outstanding invoices dating back to May 2022 when they took over from Triflex Projects.

Be aware that there are many outstanding invoices that have not been paid to Consultants and Subcontractors by AZ Consulting & Qhome Australia. Take caution if you choose to engage with this builder/developer as you will receive constant excuses and no payment.

Attempts to resolve dispute:

Numerous emails, text messages, phone calls and letter of demand.

Response to accusation (by accused):

I, Victor Da Costa employed by Qhome Australia P/L on the 1st of September as the Construction Manager sat in my office with Mr. Allan Zhao, Director and Mr. Michael Wang Project Manager over the phone with speaker on loud advised Mr. Hamish Pidcock to email and hand over to Qhome Aust. P/L any documentation that Mr. Pidcocks had in his possession when he was at his previous employer, Triflex Homes. Commencing from the 1st of September 2022, Mr. Pidcock was informed not to do any more work for Mr. Allan Zhao as I was now on board. Mr. Pidcock was advised by Mr. Allan Zhao to forward any Tax Invoices prior to the 1st of September 2022 for Mr. Allan Zhao to pay Mr. Pidcock for his previous works which he was paid. Mr. Pidcock is claiming Tax Invoices after that date of a accumulation of $7,018.00 which is not applicable since he was given instruction not to accumulate any more dept for doing nothing.
