We are owed 4 separate invoices for COMPLETED plastering work as far back as March 2023.
Owner of the company is STILL enlisting plasterers from ALL AREAS who are none the wiser, to complete unfinished jobs with building companies that do not know the absolute hole he is in financially.
Has defaulted on supplier accounts worth over 100K and probably rising.
The owner is deliberately still trading with the knowledge he cannot pay ANY subcontractors or suppliers.
Do not get manipulated into working for this individual or whatever Ponzi scheme type business he tries to run next when he inevitably goes bankrupt.

Attempts to resolve dispute:
Multiple phone calls (that go unanswered), emails etc. When finally getting a hold of him months later, lie after lie after lie, negotiated our invoices being paid off as a payment plan (in small amounts) weekly. Couldn't keep the commitment even to that. Now uncontactable and has since gone into hiding.
