SUMMIT HOMES GROUP

Builder has held an amount that was not advised to us on a job because extra work was required after we asked questions relating the work required prior to the work being finished and invoiced. The builder did not agree on a small fee of returning to complete the work and decided to hold funds from an invoice without our knowledge. We have another 2 invoices outstanding with the builder for other work that has been completed ( 1 for a different property).

We addressed our reasoning on charges over email and phone, we also questioned the amount held from the invoice and were advised we were to go back at no extra charge to complete work that they told us not to do prior to being finished.
