Ozie Service PTL operating as Topgun Movers damaged my furniture and belongings when I paid them as removalists
Topgun Movers is the name of the company that Ozie Services used as a business name. The business is also held under the name of J & J Family Trust.
Topgun movers employed sub-contractors without providing them with safety equipment and gear. They also were not equipped with the proper tools to perform the work of removalists.
I repeatedly rang the office of Topgun movers and then simply disappeared.

Attempts to resolve dispute:
Repeatedly tried to contact all 3 entities: Topgun Movers; Ozie Services Pty Ltd; and J & J Family Trust through the telephone and registered mail. I filed a case and won a ruling against Ozie Services Ptl Ltd in VCAT. However, they had not responded to any pf my communications
