Torqueline Garage failure to refund after agreement to cancel order. 15289
Purchased Rims from there online site, business could not supply delivery date and or tracking number, numerous emails and calls finally resulted in confirmation items could not be delivered in reasonable time frame. I requested to cancel order on the 2nd June which was agreed upon via email and phone call , they requested account numbers which were supplied, no refund to date.
Found this business to be difficult to communicate with and consider them to be un trust worthy and would not recommend them,.
Be mindful the business has indicated on Facebook page they will be shutting down in August 2024, then posted heavily discount end of year sales, buyer beware.
