The owner won't pay the three invoices he owes us for and won't answer the phone.
Attempts to resolve dispute:
We emailed him and offered for him to pay it off and he didn't pay, but said he did. Recently we used a different phone number and got through to him and he said he may have some money for us the next day, to ring him back then. But he won't answer that phone or our regular phone now. And when we ring on a third phone he never answers it, just texts and asks what we want.
