My service offered two virtual assistants to fulfill admin duties for the 5 studios listed under this business. F45 Cairns Northern Beaches, F45 Cairns Southern Beaches, F45 Cairns Redlynch, FS8 Cairns Redlynch and FS8 Cairns Northern Beaches. I myself first began work with the two FS8 studios at the beginning of May 2023, after 2 months the owner asked my company to take on her other 3 studios suggesting she was happy with my work. I explained I had newly trained someone up to fulfill the role. Her training was based on the work I had already been doing for the FS8 studios under the same owner for 2 months. There many attempts to contact the owner for feedback and better communication as we had little to no communication during onboarding and during our time working with them. 2 weeks prior to the termination of our contract, the owner brought it to my attention that she was not satisfied with the work that was being done. I explained to her that we needed better communication and we agreed we would continue work for another 2 weeks on the basis that communications were better. They did not fullfill this condition however we worked the hours contracted and the tasks and duties involved in the role. As I chased the first unpaid invoice, we continued to work. The owner of the business then informed me AFTER all the work had been down that she did not intend to pay the last two invoices. I would have never agreed to continue the work for another 2 weeks had I known this to be the case. This work was continued under false pretense.

I have tried contacting the studio owner multiple times about this with a response that she will either get back to me by the end of the week (this did not happen) or my attempts at communication were simply ignored.
