UNPAID Invoice Despite Multiple Communications
Discussions began in September 2023, 1 year after work had been completed, to obtain final and full payment of the outstanding invoice. Despite multiple emails from the President stating payment would be sent, the invoice still remains unpaid. There have been no less than 25 emails sent and numerous voicemails left, all to no avail.
Attempts to resolve dispute:
Multiple emails sent with offers to make payment arrangements, provided bank information for direct deposit (for ease of payment), formal letter, sent registered mail, requesting payment.
