Unpaid invoices after contractor was paid by clients
4 different jobs made for the contractor ,he was telling me thats he waiting for clients to pay. After 1 month with no news or answers from contractor i contact clients and find out the jobs were all mostly already paid to him. Once clients got contacted the contractor wasn't happy about it , messaged me back and told me again that he was waiting on the money wich was confirmed to be a lie by the client. Invoices sent more than 2 months ago
Attempts to resolve dispute:
Contacted him several times, contacted clients to let them know , asked for a payment date , several warnings about legal procedure for non-payment . Contractor don't want to cooperate
