RSA Original Cebu Lechon Mix

Owners of RSA Original Cebu Lechon Mix refusing to pay remaining balance after project was completed. the original quote for the project was approx. $71000. The complete total was after $75,411.80. The increase in cost came from the clients adding extras as the project progressed and had to revamp the electrical plan as they were using dehydrator equipment that required a certain supply to run the equipment without issues. the increase of cost was mentioned and verbally approved from one of the owners (Analie Jurado). Once project was completed and all permits and inspections were completed and signed off on approval a final invoice of the balance was submitted to the client. Immediately refused to pay to outstanding balance.

the extra costs associated to the project were explained verbally and VIA text message and explanation as to what and why the cost difference was. The response was refusal to make payment and to take them to court to try and get payment.
