On October 13, 2023 the plumbing service was provided at location 4820 Kingsway; the drainage system was unclogged using drainage machine by two technicians.
Service call was placed afterhours with explanation that it takes 3-4 hours to unclog the drain that is 1.5 rate for afterhours. As addition to labour cost, client was notified the need for drainage machine and need to pick up the equipment for this particular issue as it was not simple issue.
