Response to accusation (by accused):
The invoice is between Sea To SKy Cleaning and Strata Corporation LMS 3905 and not with REMI Realty. You need to remove REMI Realty immediately or subject to punitive damages litigation for damaging REMI Realty company name. The work performed was deficient. The windows cleaned were not cleaned with soap but rather with water and a brush from the 3rd floor with an extendable brush to the height of a 6 floor building. This meant that the windows were dirtier after the cleaning than before. No attempts were made to wipe the windows after. When the Strata Corporation complained, and sent pictures of the deficient workmanship. The company responded that they had done the work at a discounted rate and that there was no deficiency. They refused to come back to address the deficiencies. The strata corporation has tried to resolve the issue, but the owner does not want to be reasonable.
