I have called the customer over the payment amount being overdue, the response i got was " sorry i am just to busy to pay the invoice right now i will look at it when i can" this is now 4 months of being overdue. We give all of our customers 30-days to pay the bill and after that we add 2.5% of the subtotal each month the invoice is overdue.The customer was informed of the 2.5% was going to be added on due to the invoice becoming overdue. We installed 3 hydrualic hoses and also put 5L hydrualic oil into the machine. All parts and fluid was paid by us.

i called the customer 3 times and on the 3rd phone call i explained we do have a 2.5% late fee after the invoice has not been paid. 4 months of overdue charges have been applied. Customer gets an emailed copy each time. Total of 7 attempts as well as invoice reminders that get sent after being overdue.
