Review of Alberta Aviation Capital Corporation

Service Provided: Ferry an Aircraft from Medellin to Calgary, Canada
Invoice Issue: Despite the successful delivery of the agreed-upon services on 15th October 2023, the client has not fulfilled their payment obligations. An invoice was issued on 15th October 2023, with a clear due date of 22th October 2023 as communicated in person with the CEO on 14th October 2023, which has since passed without payment. As a result, we will pursue legal measures, both criminal and civil, in different countries to seek redress and enforce the contract.
Communication Efforts: Multiple reminders have been sent, to which the responses have been either non-committal or non-existent. Efforts to reach a resolution have been made, yet the client has not taken steps to settle the outstanding amount.
Impact on Business: This delay in payment has affected our business operations, as it delays the purchase of our company vehicle that is urgent necessary, canceling three orders worth, 14355.65 Euro.
Resolution Sought: We are still open to resolving this matter amicably and urge the client to honor their commitment. Immediate payment of the outstanding invoice is requested.
