Respectfully invoiced, treated as a joke
Got hired from this company, traveled from Edmonton to lloydminister, unprofessional business owner mistreated me and my apprentice, my apprentice cut his finger on site, attended hospital and business owner told myself because of him leaving to hospital, he doesn't want him back on site. After work we return to Edmonton and discussed my return... to be discussed and stood up for reunite on later date.
Contacted owner and he had requested an invoice to be paid. Sent an invoice; over a week later he decides to pay 20% of the invoice upon threatening myself when I have a family and a kid to support.
Talked further and he had advised hours needed to be changed... non the less I respectfully decreased hours but then requested travel costs due to distance and hassle... to the outcome he pays 15% of that invoice, takes it as a joke
