GREAT CHOICE TILES & FLOORING LTD.

I sold goods (ceramic tiles ) at wholesale rates to the accused (Director of the tile company). I waited for 6 months for my invoice to be paid. The Director informed me the reason for not paying the invoice was that were forced to sell their business due to loss. He informed that they made $200,000 loss in 6 months and had to sell all inventory at half price. In fact, they already sold the goods that I supplied at wholesale rates at retail price and made a profit on it. Now, they have stated clearly that they will not make this payment in future.

I have been requesting the concerned person to clear the outstanding invoice though text and phone calls since last 6 months. Initially, he said that he will pay it soon as he gets payment from his clients. Last week he informed me that he sold his business in loss and cannot pay the invoice. I asked him again to clear the dues and now he makes completely false argument that he never dealt with me and accused me of harassing him by texting him on Watsapp at 9 pm.
