We have been offering our professional services to Embassy Transportation for about 1 year. Normally the invoices we send them are paid on time, but we currently have 3 overdue invoices with Embassy Transportation, the oldest being due over 2 months ago. Even with occasional assurance from Embassy Transportation that our invoices will get paid shortly, we have not received any payment for our 3 overdue invoices thus far.
Attempts to resolve dispute:
Multiple text messages and calls have been made to try to have our invoices paid. No action has been taken on their part.
