1285940 B.C. LTD was contracted by Coast Geotechnical Consulting Ltd. to render geotechnical services for a specified project. All deliverables and milestones were achieved by the terms of the agreement, fulfilling quality standards and stipulated timelines. However, for some reason unknown to us, they are simply not paying the final invoice. This ongoing non-payment engenders considerable financial hardship to our organization, undermining our operational viability.

Despite more than 50 attempts to secure payment through various means, including, but not limited to, telephone communication, electronic mail, and text messaging, the account remains in arrears.

Please be advised that if this matter is not resolved immediately, we have no option but to escalate the situation through legal channels to secure the outstanding balance. This may include but is not limited to, the initiation of legal proceedings for breach of contract and the recovery of debts due.
