Outstanding Invoice and Contract Termination Issue for Mowigo Interprises Inc (Incorporation Number: BC1339098)
To provide some context, my communication with the CEO, a representative of Mowigo Interprises Inc. (a company known as Let's Go Casino @ https://www.letsgocasino.com/) Additionally, we utilized Skype as our main source of communication during the course of our collaboration. I am more than willing to provide a copy of my contract to substantiate this claim.
Unfortunately, despite fulfilling my contractual obligations, an outstanding invoice of €3,472.23 remains unpaid by Mowigo Interprises Inc. I have made numerous attempts to contact the CEO through the provided email addresses and via Skype, as per our established mode of communication. However, my attempts to seek resolution or obtain payment have been met with complete silence since 09/06/2023.
To shed further light on the matter, I have attached the email communication I had with the CEO, including the termination letter that was presented to me. The termination of my contract was not executed in a proper manner, as the outstanding payment was still pending at the time of termination. This situation has caused considerable financial strain and frustration on my end.
Given your authority as the BC Registry Services, I kindly request your assistance and intervention in this matter. As the governing body responsible for overseeing corporations, your expertise, and influence could potentially facilitate a prompt resolution to this issue. I would greatly appreciate any guidance, support, or intervention you can provide to ensure that the outstanding invoice is addressed and the contractual matter is resolved equitably.

On 02/08/2023 tried 4-5 time via Skype, to reach the CEO Arminas Junevicius without any success.
