Owner signed an authorization form to authorize us to complete flood remediation work at one of the properties he owns. He has stated to his insurance broker that he has received our emails but is not responding or paying us for the cost of our invoice.
Attempts to resolve dispute:
We have emailed him on multiple occasions and also had meetings setup with his broker that he has not shown up for. We have contacted him and his business partner who denays being apart of this even though he was our intiial contact.
