We provided professional services to Borealis Foods Inc. during the fourth quarter of 2024. Following completion of the work, we issued invoices in May 2025. Despite repeated assurances from the CFO and Chief Legal Officer of Borealis that payment would be made on a weekly basis, no payment has been received.
Our engagements included full delivery of the agreed scope of work and timely invoicing. We have maintained repeated and good-faith communications with Borealis requesting payment; however, the promised weekly payment commitments have not been honoured.
Given the time elapsed and lack of resolution, we seek formal recourse to recover the outstanding amount.

Multiple direct communications with Borealis’ management (CFO and Chief Legal Officer) over many months, each time receiving a promise of payment within a week, which was not fulfilled.
