This carrier is doing double brokerage and failing to pay the actual carrier.
This carrier gave us a shipment and did not pay us even after 90 days. We tried contacting them several times, but they did not respond to phone calls or emails. Because this shipment was a double brokerage, customers should be cautious of this fraudulent carrier and should not trust them with their freight.
Attempts to resolve dispute:
The invoice conditions were 30 days, however, this carrier has not paid even after 90 days. We tried emailing them and calling all of the phone numbers that were publicly available, but they didn't respond or offer us a date when they could pay us.
