The company signed a search agreement outlining fees and payment terms in early 2022. This was for a new division the company was initiating. They hired several people from our firm throughout 2022 with all invoices being paid on time. Two of those candidates needed to be replaced as per our agreement. In the first part of 2023 they hired four more candidates from us, paid 2 months late for the first one and have refused to pay for the other three. No explanation has been provided and the owners ignore all inquiries from us.
