OMNIA COFFEE ROASTERS INC.

OMNIA COFFEE ROASTER has been one of our wholesale customers since 2020. We have continuously supplied them with our products from the beginning of our business relationship until August 2025. However, beginning in April 2025, OMNIA COFFEE accumulated an outstanding balance of approximately CAD $12000, which remains unpaid to date. During this period, we made repeated attempts to collect the overdue payments. The owner consistently responded with assurances that the payment would be made “by the end of the day,” but no funds were ever received. Acting in good faith and in consideration of our long-standing partnership, we continued to fulfill their orders despite the delayed payments. Unfortunately, as of August 2025, OMNIA COFFEE ROASTER has ceased placing new orders and has completely stopped making payments. Our subsequent attempts to contact the owner via phone and email have been ignored. Given these circumstances, we have no choice but to pursue the recovery of the outstanding amount through formal legal and jurisdictional processes.
