I am writing to formally dispute an outstanding invoice related to a contract between Krishna Media Enterprises and IMAGE MOTION, which has caused significant concerns and inconvenience.
The contractual agreement involved Krishna Patel, a content creator representing Krishna Media Enterprises, who was contracted by IMAGE MOTION to produce content for Clinique, a brand represented by IMAGE MOTION. The scope of work included creating 1x TikTok video with a usage agreement for 30 days.
The terms and conditions mutually agreed upon in the contract clearly stipulated that payment would be made within a net 60 days from the date the content was posted. The content was successfully delivered and posted on April 14, 2023, making the original payment due date June 13, 2023.
Regrettably, the payment remains outstanding, and despite our attempts to engage with IMAGE MOTION, we have received minimal response or explanation for the delay.
