Renovation disaster. Structural building work patio doors and windows fitted, steels placed, internal doors moved. Kitchen/utility room fitted extremely poorly, damaged caused throughout, whole kitchen is poorly constructed. Damaged units, misaligned, pieces missing, multiple areas of damage. Internal doors fitted and then damaged by brick acid, handles not fitted correctly and some handles damaged. Plastering generally alright, however areas missed, applied poorly. Whole ground floor tiled and then tiling neglected and damaged by plaster and debris no care taken of work or belongings. Outside tap fitted, leaking badly after 4 weeks use. Drain supposed to be fitted for new kitchen - pipe work now across the back of the house to original drain, unsightly and NOT WHAT was promised. Overall workmanship is horrific.

Allowed company back 3 times to rectify the problems, however, they caused more damage and work has never been rectified. Attempted telephone calls where compensation of £500 was offered (declined). Emails have gone unacknowledged x 2.
