No Land Registry, and Poor Quality of Bricks.
We bought a house in September 2020. Our Land Registry is not done in last 3 years. Yesterday my conveyancer (solicitors) told me that Bellway PLC has not provided ordinance and estate plans to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) Land Registry. Due to this we can not sell our house or remortgage house.
Additionally, Bellway PLC have used poor quality bricks.

Attempts to resolve dispute:
Several attempts in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 to contact Bellway PLC for both issues. They have given me no resolution to poor quality bricks. They have stopped responding to me on Land Registry.
