Hello , Sunday on the 25th I received the order at home for a sofa and a chair, unfortunately I realized that the chair is much too big for the living room, I called the help support the same day to return it, they told me to wait I will be called by someone in the next three days, but I was not called, I was in the Edinburgh DfS store, they told me that the manager was not there, to go home and that he would call me on Thursday, which he didn't .On Saturday July 1st I went to the store again to talk to the manager, he categorically refused to return the chair, I know that according to the law you can return anything within 14 days (I already wasted a week waiting for someone to call me). I showed the pictures to the manager , I told him that it is big and that it is intact and unused, with the net on it...but he refused, he said to sell it where I can...He also told me that he is selling it and not returning it nothing back.
I want to mention : There is no item ordered according to my specifications, they are simply ordered as they are put up for sale, with the same measurements, properties, specifications. Nothing, modified !
I filed a complaint and they sent me an email refusing to return. And they sent me out of context this :

i) Bespoke items custom made to your specification. * ???????? Which custom ????? IS NOT ANY
CUSTOM OR ANY CENTIMETER PLUS OR MINUS, standard measurements , nothing custom exactly as it was in the store or online !

Please help me, to return the chair or all the order ,I don't know what is wrong .... I'm very upset and very frustrating. I sent a complaint and a lady Alison sent me an e-mail that she needs to talk to the manager and after three days she sent me:'' that the manager doesn't want to take it back,as it was bought specifically for you '' ( I didn't have any '' specifically'' or any demand or request , for sofa or chair ) what can I do in this situation?
This chair is intact unused ( Solero Power recliner chair )
