Repair of oak Victorian wall cabinet broken glass and damaged door invoice & quote £125.
Skirting board that was brought by ourselves invoice provided of proof of cost £162.08.
Cost of removal of decommissioned radiator that was not removed by EBRL plumber £72 invoice provided
The cost of the cleaner arranged by EBRL employee for carpets in my home which is £350 Total amount £791
I have emailed six times with regard to the above items from the 9th June 2023 to 25th July with no response.
a wall in one of the staircases badly cracked after it was done and it was repaired but has cracked again and needs the the plaster removing and plastering again. the work was supposed to take three weeks they started 31st March 2023 and did not finish until mid June 2023

I have emailed Matt on the 9th June with all all the invoices & quotes and again the 3rd July.and I emailed Tom 19th June 17th July 19th July 25th July I had two emails from Tom asking for photos of cracked wall and another asking me to send invoices which I did that was on the 19th July I have received no response since they are not answering my phone calls or emails my husband and I are both in our mid seventies we do not need or want the stress, all of April we were left with no heating as their plumber had removed the three year old gas boiler when it was not required to do so
