Contract signed on 17.01.2023. Work to erect conservatory commenced on 09.05.2023. Contractually promised work will be finished within 6 weeks. Work still undone. Final finishes to work left undone and inadequate quality (plumbing, water spurting from tap installed, unfinished insulation of plumbing, internal wall skew, flooring latex not finished, plastering unfinished, poor unfinished guttering, big holes left behind toilet, plasterboard fitted unevenly. Tried to communicate with company since 14 August 2023 regarding finishing work properly but still no reply. Reason for build to generate income, company aware that build time was important, loss of income due to build still not finished.
Attempts to resolve dispute:
Wrote 3 letters (e-mails) to company since 26 June 2023, called numerous times without any remedial action.
