I paid Elite Gss £5,000 and it's still not been refunded. There is nothing in their T's and C's to say otherwise we have checked with a fine tooth comb. I have tried to be civil with them but they refuse to acknowledge anything. We want a positive outcome on this but they don't seem to want the same as us. They even acknowledged the debt.
