Haphazard charges and unauthorized charges taken from account during covid and not refunded
They are providing invoices during covid period some in the same day of the same month at extortionate amounts and cancelling them and mentioning credits notes and then putting surcharges in between and confusing matters called and explained what was going on even though we mentioned we were closed payments were still been taken from our account and not refunded they appologized saying it was system issues but no refund was given
I cancelled dd and then harrasing me and pestering me on getting another account set up and preferably dd
