I purchased one of the building units located in Manchester from this company in 2015 in a marketing event held in Hong Kong. Contract contains a Buy Back clause which the Company shall within a certain period from the fifth anniversary of Completion, either purchase the unit from the Purchaser at the Buy Back Price or market the unit to find a buyer and introduce to the Purchaser a buyer who will purchase the unit at a price which matches or exceeds the Buy Back price when the Purchaser serves the Buy Back Notice to the Company according to Buy Back clause.

I served the Buy Back Notice in 2020. Since the Company is not able to find a buyer for me so far and the agreed period to find a buyer from the market has passed. I request the Company to execute the Buy Back process as per the Buy Back clause written in the Contract. Despite I urge them to execute the Buy Back process, the Company just keeps saying they are actively marketing my unit according to the Resale form which the After-Sales team instructed me to fill in in order for them to do the marketing. I requested to withdraw the Resales form and execute my Buy Back request asap. Nevertheless, I received no response from the Company since then. Seems to me that the Company has no intention to fulfil the contract obligation as it has been more than five months now from the end of the agreed period.

I emailed to the After-Sales and Legal team to follow up this matter. I also sent emails to the Director of the Company which I met two times during his visit in HK. Up to now, I have not received any response from him yet.
