We have started the business with Mega Produce this year. Have exported 3 containers of fresh ginger root. Terms were 90% after Bill of Lading, Phyto Cert and Origin Certificates. Mega Produce as importer sent the wire confirmation/ pdf file from HSBC bank. However the wire transfer was never received by our bank in Brazil, as well, we never received the Swift from HSBC bank, which is the "real" confirmation of funds sent.
As of now, they have received 1 container on July 20th. And we are redirecting the other 2 because they did not pay even for the first.
