mass demolition and destroyed a perfectly fine bungalow and made it uninhabitable and unmortgageable. With an extension that does not nearly meet building regulations, missing a usable kitchen and bathroom, heating system, electrics and plumbing tampered with and ruining a window and doors. Also removing roof tiles and not replacing them causing leaks each time it rains.
Have requested that he take down and reconstruct the extension along with clean/replace carpets, curtains, drive, door, window, rectify bathroom, rectify cloakroom, rectify wardrobe, rectify ensuite, have checked and rectify all electrical, heating and plumbing and rectifying the damage that has been caused to the existing walls in both my bedroom and lounge from water leaking every time it rains due to condition in which he left the roof exposed.
