To quote a Planning Surveyor the house would be difficult to sell builders response “unless I’m mistaken I think you need to get better advice”
Window secured/fitted with expanding foam
Concrete floor built off mud - 6 weeks after being laid its possible to build a sandcastle by rubbing your hand over the surface
Non continuous DPM - insulation missing or insufficient rafters appear to be twisting - roof lights fitted incorrectly
Soak away they advised was not needed it being very old fashioned
Rubble and rubbish left discarded in garden
2 ton of sand initially dumped on neighbours drive
Payment taken for bi fold doors - they then confirmed money received - they then confirmed BiFolds ordered - then supplied the delivery date when that had passed and I queried where they were I was then advised “no money to return no door has been order”
Queried payment was advised I had paid up to “ where job is” I had paid full amount plus £35.00 and job no where near complete
