Resin Driveway not commenced within reasonable amount of time.
On 3rd March 2023 we contracted with SKEAN HOMES LTD to provide us with a resin driveway. We paid £2,850 deposit on the day and signed a contract.
We were told by the Managing Director that the works would be scheduled in 8-12 weeks and that their PM would be out to see us. The contract stated they had 14 days to arrange the "Survey" however they did not turn up until after 12 weeks and the person who turned up was from a different company.
We have tried many times to communicate with SKEAN HOMES LTD about the works and when they would be starting but they have ignored providing any information, we received multiple text messages to say they would call back but other than that the communication has been terrible and fraught with excuses.
We are now nearly 16 weeks since contracting with Skean Homes without a confirmed date and without communication to provide options. We consider this as a Breach of Contract and a breach of our protections under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Attempts to resolve dispute:
Skean Homes have been sent many emails describing the failures and attempting to seek resolution, They were provided 7 days initially then a further 7 days with the additional wording to provide them opportunity with ADR.
They have been called at the office and the Managing Directors mobile phone countless times and also text messages have been sent which appear to be their preferred means of communication.
