The director delibratedly mislead and doesn't tell the life threatening risk in the wrongly installed central heating system and plumbing system even he was made aware of by his alternative plumbers/gas engineer. His allocation of resources to fix it never tried to fix the problem until independent gas engineer's report. 5 months was used to fix the heating problem, it didn't improve but only getting worse. The director kept promising the plumber to come next day or week, but only one day work was done since 16th May. The building work was supposed to complete by end of Feb but the building work was almost suspected after Feb until a first notice of default was sent while there are lots of issues to mitigate in various places, including leaking in roof, painting. It was promised to come back to resume the work from 10th Jul, but the director never show up with any worker and neither respond to my messages. It was found out that a First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off was fired in company house in 19th Jul 2022 for this company, while the director text me he would respond through email to my 2nd notice of default by 23 Jul, which I never received. I sent two notices of default, one at 16th May 2022, another one at 12th Jul 2022, but the central heating system has no improvement but only getting worse since 28 Feb, it has leaking in the radiator in the bed room, the uncovered carpet was never put back in bedrooms.
