Do not get involved in this 1 man band. Do not trust the website... they have pictures of a lovely kitchen but the work is not their own. You cannot leave a negative review and they promise a meticulous service yet have no concept of the meaning of the word.
If you are a woman on your own they will charm you with their patter, make you feel that you are safe with their expertise but they are nothing short of con artists and liars. MY kitchen is proof enough.
They have wrecked my house cutting corners with materials and labour, they have lied throughout the whole process which than makes you question everything as they have no integrity at all and advised me they could fit, plaster and paint my kitchen, fit windows and doors and fit a new rubber roof but left my house in a worse state than when they started.
They reduced my central heating flow by reducing pipework from 22mm to 15mm to save £10 in copper pipe, fitted soffit board rather than fascia board as I was told " they don't do fascia board that is 400mm," used cheap screed on the floor that kept peeling leaving me with a peeling dusty floor for months, left my roof leaking with holes in the osb board and wouldn't buy tarpaulin to cover the boards to again save money, so i had to keep using buckets throughout the winter months, used rubber roofing in pieces of another job that is patched all over and did illegal gas and electrical work when NOT qualified to do so resulting in a gas leak I had to get cadent out to fix.
They also cut of the gas supply to my gas fire, by cutting the steel pipe when taking down a supporting wall and denied it. Even questioning me as to whether i had a previous gas supply. This resulted in me having to employ a plumber/gas fitter to dig up my kitchen floor, rethread the pipe and fill in the hole and replace the floor. I have now got my supply back to my gas fire and it has been capped of properly. so my house shouldn't blow up. Again they did the gas and electrical work to save money. They promised me the whole work would take 5 weeks max, but left me with no kitchen or heating over christmas and were here 5 months after getting almost all of the money of me and walking of the job which is still unfinished.
All they are is bunch of liars, the only person with any knowledge which is limited and lies about the work is Jason, who for some unknown reason goes by the name of Jack. ( another lie). I advised him the upper kitchen units were not level and he kept telling me they were, only when I produced my own spirit level did he admit I was right but " hey they are only a few mm out and i'm not taking them down, we can fill the gaps with caulk "was his response. I now have to pay £2,000 to have them all removed and refitted, pay a gas engineer to uninstall and refit hob and £5,000 to take the quartz off, re template and refit.
They outsourced some of the work to other unqualified tradesmen, took no responsibility at all with all the things that are wrong and now I still have poor drainage, no stormwater pipe route, condensation pipe needs to be fitted into drain, a roof that is patched by pieces of rubber letting in a gale, a trapped washing machine and need to rip out my entire kitchen and quartz to get it out and relevel all of the units. Nothing is level from walls, floors, kitchen units,windows,doors or brickwork and have excuses for everything. MY windows door were also put in after plasterboarding rather than before so they will need to be leveled too.
NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE ON THIS BOTCHED KITCHEN AS NO ONE WANTS TO FIX SOMEONE ElSE'S MESS AND I WISH I HAD GOTTEN RID OF THEM RATHER HOPING THAT THEY WOULD PUT THINGS RIGHT.
I have posted this with no malice intended but purely to warn other trusting soul about the malpractice of this company and to save you paying double like I am having to now. Please do not use if want a stress free renovation.

I have emailed and texted them, sent pictures, contacted trading standards and citizens advice, asking about using ADR scheme and they are asking for quotes before knowing for well it's difficult to get. Thing is no one will give me a quote as no one wants the headache. They left in Feb and it is now JULY and I cannot find someone to take it on. They do not have a complaints process and are not a member of any affiliated body trade association. They have offered to come back to do the outstanding work but given the quality of all the other work they have done i do not want them anywhere near my house as have lost all trust and faith in their work.
