Builders are unresponsive and when they turn up they only stay for a couple of hours if that then make some excuses up and go. They Havn't replied to messages or calls from me since April 2023. They have stopped responding to my wife's calls now. the company is about to be struck off by Company's house with a gazette notice and they have not registered their annual accounts. They all the money we have given them they have promised to book the builders and buy the materials as well as running costs but we have not seen anything from them.
They constantly complain that there is a problem with their van or their health or phone or cannot book the digger or something there is always an excuse as to to why they cannot turn up.

we have tried to call them but no response all we get is excuses - the latest being that their van has broken down.
