Dispute details:

Conservatory erection

My order for a 4400 x 4000 conservatory was taken by this company with my initial deposit of £5000 on 11th May 2022. It stated work would start approx in next 8 -10 did not commence until 20th September 2022 for which we ended up paying £9330 Nd had countless problems that I did discuss with All Aspects surveyor
Used grey blocks on the outside wall on one side as I stopped him doing the same on the other....builder reckoned you can't see it!
Dumped 12 wheelbarrow loads of rubble around our adjacent carpark and the back entry of 3 neighbours as they reported the problem to us and had asked the builders not to fly tip and to remove the rubble, the surveyor was informed of thus and asked the builders to remove....but to no avail and they left after completing the building work 4th October 2022.
All Aspects office emailed us 3rd October 2022 to request a next stage payment of £7470 for the conservatory in the final stages of production stressing the importance of payment to be made ASAP which we transferred & emailed to that effect.
We took delivery of the conservatory pieces 20th October 2022 and emailed the surveyor to let him know and he informed us that the fitters would be at our property to erect the conservatory on 26th October 2022.
They never arrived and I have tried to contact the surveyor by phone text & email to no avail
I have also contacted both offices in Bristol & Stroud to no avail
Just checked out with planning department at North Wiltshire District Council today, All Aspects have never submitted the planning application as stated on their quotation.

Attempts to resolve dispute:

I have written to both offices stating Consumer Rights Act 2015 giving them 7 days to continue with the erection of the conservatory, these letter were sent registered post ....Royal mail have not been able to deliver as no one has answered and they have put it out again for redelivery
