We have had endless BS from the Owner and Managing Director of Nuspace.
He underquoted the job on materials by £55k and once we discovered this and became angry, he stopped the builders (a team he had contracted for us) from working from September to December, trying to get us to sign an FFSA not to sue him.
The knock-on effect meant the job promised to take 8-12 weeks has taken 14+ months and counting.
Our job was originally meant to finish in July and then September so of course they had taken other work and had to slot us in around that.
He is also withholding £1800+ of our building control money which the building control company refunded more than a month ago. Initially it was on the pretext that he wasn't sure the money really had been refunded however having said he would ask his accounts people to triple check, he has done nothing. I have had enough.
