Took payment, did not complete the job
Hired this tradesperson to lay 43 large format outdoor patio tiles for an agreed sum. They laid 1 tile (incorrectly), took our money and then just messaged to say they are not carrying on with the job.
They were also supposed to lay wooden sleepers into pre-prepared trench for a sleeper wall and make steps out of sleepers. This part was also not completed and the workmanship for the completed portions was below standard. They were also paid for this job in full.
Our existing patio tiles were sold without our permission.
Damaged shrub in the garden.
Damaged the tile which was a special order delivered all the way from Spain.
