Exceeded shipping time frame

I have ordered from this business twice, the first time I ordered I experienced the same delays and unprofessionalism.
I was told to provide proof that I had paid for my order which is totally understandable and I did which was accepted and approved by the business. Then I was told again to provide the same Proof again that I just provided and at this point I had been waiting three weeks for my order and on the website it said it will take around eight working days. At this point I was frustrated and penned a email highlighting my frustration and the lack of professionalism.
I eventually received my order after a long wait.
I have now ordered again from the website and the same issue is happening again. I received an email now saying I should send proof of my order payment and I did and then I received an email saying that my order will be shipped out within 48 hours on Monday. I still haven’t received any tracking or shipping confirmation and it’s been almost a week. They have now exceeded the shipping timeframe written on the page. If it is a delay due to the Christmas period it should be stated on their website however it is not and this has caused again deception.
I have been misled and again I am waiting over the stated shipping timeframe (8-10 days) which is wrong. I contacted them 72 hours after that initial email stating that my order will be sent out in 48 hours and I am still yet to receive a response back and explain 48 hours since I have sent that email.
I will actually never order from this site again, I thought they would have learnt from their mistake the first time they handled my order carelessly, but I can clearly see that this is just their antics and how the business is a
and I don’t want any parts of it. I fully regret ordering again from this website and I haven’t had a good experience with the company at all.
