I had broadband upgraded on the 25/11/21; the engineer explained that he had to put the router in the front upstairs front bedroom but did not bother to provide/connect the Wi-Fi to the television which is downstairs in the living room. When I contacted then I was shaved pillar to post and was told to buy my on router from Amazon
