INNERSHINE NUTRACEUTICALS LIMITED is the holding company of New Zealand based collagen supplement brand i.am.me.
I have worked with the founder of the company since November 2022 however since February 2023 they have not met their contractual obligations and now have an outstanding bill totalling $17,500.
My team and I have made numerous attempts to come to some sort of agreement with i.am.me. They continue to 'promise' to pay down the debts in instalment amounts, however no payment has ever been received. I have kept up my end of the contract, and continued to produce what I have been contracted to do, however as of this month I have asked to cancel the contract (set to expire later in 2023) and be paid the outstanding amount in full so I can move on. I have only been met with silence.

We have not heard from the company or any of it's employees since March 2023 and no attempt has been made to settle the debt.
